Like a family name of any other sort, the elongated title definitely implies a sort of regality about the piece. The watch is issued with a handsome 47mm red gold casing, which is accented with illuminated dials and hands. Within the body, a simplified three-hand system indicates hours, minutes, and a second timezone – which justifies the “GMT” engraved above 9 o’clock. A hand-wound Panerai P.3001/10 movement under the hood features a three-day power reserve, which is visible through the caseback.
