New Balance is adding another collaboration to its list by teaming up with lifestyle brand J.Crew. The two will be using the New Balance 997 model as the canvas of choice to set the tone for the upcoming 2016 spring season. Featuring premium materials such as leather, nubuck and suede, its mix of tan and brown shades grab inspiration from butterscotch candy. The J.Crew x New Balance 997 “Butterscotch” is set to release on March 12 for a retail price of $210 USD.
This fall, New Balance unveils the 1500 “Gentlemen’s Choice” Pack. Proudly crafted at the brand’s UK factory in Flimby, Cumbria, the pack couples the brand’s sporting heritage with a dapper semblance. Available in two colorways, the M1500 is dressed in coffee brown leather on its upper, with an option of tonal and navy overlays. Matching laces and embroidered stitch detailing take on the tongue, while a white ENCAP sole and black outsole finish off the sneaker with a classic look. Reappropriating traditional footwear styling for the modern day, New Balance presents another bold design as part of its Made in England range.
